Three friends Omar Abou Faraj, Mustafa Maghraby and Samer Sobh decided to create high-quality and reliable delivery service that allows travelers not to worry about their luggage.

Dubz – is a system for the delivery of luggage from and to the airport. People do not have to worry about loss of their bags and suitcases.

Our goal

The customer came to us with ready to go web application, the only thing that was not right – that existed solution was poorly designed and coded, had limited functionality. Co-founders weren’t satisfied with this situation.

Our main goal was to put everything in order and recreate a product from scratch to make it work properly and meet the initial requirements. In other words – we needed to increase the overall level of the application.

Well, deep analysis helped us to understand and create informational structure, navigation, and composition of the future application, after completing UX part we developed visual UI part.

During development process we implemented:

  • dynamic booking form
  • payment gateway integration
  • Google Maps API integration
  • integration with delivery service Tookan

We tested the product with almost every known device to understand that everything is working perfectly and not a single bug is missed.

At the moment DUBZ platform is functioning smoothly and finally meet all the customer’s requirements.

Result

According to marketing department’s research, the level of trust from Dubz’ users increased due to the updating the platform.

Startup founders are participating in the bunch of startup conferences and the project is boosting its target audience.

Tech support from our side helps not to worry about technical issues neither users nor our customers. At the moment we are applying new feature and integrations for the product.
